Based on PWSC100 Layer from 1 JAN 1992. Edited NOV 2021 to include updated declaration boundaries. The layer name changed to SWSCA100 to reflect the legislation terminology and updates. Full release 1 SEP 2023 with further attribute update in AUG 2023.
